#Day 4 Celebrate

This is my daughter, and I'm so proud of her. ❤

I love this photo of my daughter, but it wasn't hearts on her face like I thought. I am curious about what you see. Is it because I love my daughter that I thought she had photoshopped hearts on her face. What do you see? 🌝

My 7-year old daughter reminds me of slowing down and celebrate the beauty of being alive.

She also reminds me of our need to play and how playing is the best way of learning. Deej Juventin's, my Sexological Bodywork teacher, uses the model  "Engage, Study, Activate". So true, if we are not engaged and motivated, learning doesn't come easy. And as another way of my favorite teachers says, "Easy does it." Steve Hoskinson – founder of Organic Intelligence.

The best thing about teaching your child consent is that there is no rush – we have many years to do it. The opportunities are daily. And if you want to, you can always do a 3-minute game, adapted to the Wheel of Consent by Betty Martin. My daughter loves it.

Today I was tricked into snowball fights all day long. It was so much fun. When my 5 - year old son joined us, let's say that the amount of consent learning speeded up. Learnings sound better than quarrels, doesn't it?😅

My daughter was also happy today because I thanked her for teaching me so much. We often believe that people know how much we appreciate and love them. We have said it once or even many times, but appreciation is not something we can never give too much of. Being generous in expressing gratitude and appreciation is something I am yet again reminded of today.

Who do you value in your life that would be happy hearing what you appreciate about them? ❤
