Pleasure is an experience involving all our senses. It is used in therapy and to learn about ourselves. We shift perspective from asking “What is wrong?” to orienting ourselves to the present and towards what feels pleasurable. Pleasure is taking its place in healing trauma, in Mindfulness, and in our relationships. When we make pleasure part of our everyday practice, we take an essential step in healing ourselves and humanity. Pleasure bubbles up from within when we review the way we look at and experience the world. Pleasure is about presence and choice. It is about connecting with ourselves and nature. Pleasure Therapy welcomes you fully as you are including all your sense perceptions, dreams, hopes, fantasies, and ways of expressing yourself sexually.
